Been using this Chemist on behalf of my mother whose been unwell for over a year, collecting prescriptions ect.The staff are always so efficient and helpful and friendly. I visited for my flu vaccine. Kati was extremely kind and patient. It was honestly the most painless injection I’ve ever had — she did it so gently that I barely felt anything, and there was no bruising afterwards at all. She even checked my blood pressure afterwards and gave me some great lifestyle advice. Highly recommend her! 🌟

I just wanted to share a wonderful experience I had at this pharmacy. While I was waiting for my prescription, I noticed a scale to check my weight, but it only accepted cash and I didn’t have any. One of the staff members, a very kind and smiling man named Ahmed, saw me and kindly paid for me from his own pocket.It’s been a long time since this happened, but I’ve never forgotten his kindness. He is truly one of the most polite and genuine people I’ve ever met.

Lovely service at Chana pharmacy, Ladbroke Gove. The nurse was kind, gentle, and so reassuring when my BP went high before the flu jab. She truly has a beautiful heart. I didn't catch her name, but she's a young nurse with long hair-thank you again!
