If you or your family members are experiencing symptoms of any of the following conditions, you can walk directly into a Chana Chemist branch for clinical treatment :
- Sinusitis: For adults and children aged 12 years and over .
- Sore Throat: Clinical assessments for patients aged 4 years and over .
- Acute Otitis Media (Earache): Ear examinations for children aged 1 to 17 years old .
- Infected Insect Bites: Targeted therapies for patients aged 1 year and over .
- Impetigo: Effective treatment for adults and children aged 1 year and over .
- Shingles: Rapid antiviral support for adults aged 18 years and over .

No appointment is necessary. You can simply walk directly into any of our 11 London branches and ask to speak to the pharmacist about the Pharmacy First scheme, or book an urgent time slot online to minimize your waiting time.
If you are normally exempt from NHS prescription charges, your treatments under Pharmacy First are entirely free. If you pay for your prescriptions, the standard NHS prescription levy will apply per item dispensed.
Our pharmacists are highly trained triage clinicians. If our assessment reveals that your condition is complicated, severe, or falls outside the Pharmacy First boundaries, we will safely refer you directly to your GP, an urgent care centre, or A&E.
